<<LG75R audio pre-stage with high-quality power board 15V DC regulated output: designed for high-end supporting power supply for HI-FI pre-stage, fever op amp, suitable for audio preamp, head amplification, headphone amplification, etc.
Input AC double 15v to 22v
The circuit is a regulated servo circuit introduced by Matsushita Co., Ltd., and its working principle: AC double voltage is rectified by 2A bridge rectification, and the output voltage is stable by 7815 and 7915.
In order to further reduce the ripple, the positive and negative voltage regulator circuit also adds a ripple inverting amplifier composed of the operational amplifier LF353 (taking the positive power supply as an example, the current output ripple is sent to the inverting input terminal of the LF353 op amp via a 10μ capacitor and a 1K resistor. The amplified ripple waveform is opposite to the output end, and controls the instantaneous potential of the common terminal of the three-terminal regulator to cancel the output ripple. The voltage gain of the op amp is set at 33 times, so the output resistance is extremely low. It basically does not affect the output voltage and voltage regulation performance of the three-terminal regulator. It can reduce the output voltage ripple to the minimum by the closed-loop control of the inverting amplifier of the op amp. This circuit is optimized and improved, and the transistor Q1 is added to the output of the op amp. And Q2 constitutes a current-expanding circuit. In order to make Q1 and Q2 have a sufficiently large dynamic range, the output amplitude is sufficient for the inverted ripple voltage, and both tubes are connected to the emitter output, and the collector collector supply voltage is respectively connected to Into the other side of the opposite polarity of the input voltage to improve the operating voltage of Q1, Q2, improve the driving ability of the ripple output. The coefficient of the ripple is very small, its speed, internal resistance and stability can override the battery , Better than common Panasonic active servo power supply.
Use an oscilloscope to measure ripple, as if it were a horizontal straight line. The actual use is as quiet as the deep sea, as if there is no boot.
Exquisite FR4 double-sided fiberglass board, high quality gold-plated PCB board, thick copper foil, plate thickness 2mm. The board size is 71 mm x 62 mm.
The output voltage is ±15V. When the load current is large, the three-terminal regulator block needs to be equipped with a heat sink.>>
